With over 30 years of experience, Glenn has led enterprise-level systems integration, program management, and digital transformation projects across public and private sectors. He has held senior roles at IBM, Cox Communications, and Prodigy Services.
- Architected major modernization projects including the U.S. Mint Online Catalog, NFL Shop, and Department of Commerce portals.
- Built early livestreaming and multi-user video conferencing platforms like Xykast.

Karlien Van Niekerk
Karlien brings over 24 years of software architecture, engineering, and AI-powered platform delivery experience. His expertise spans full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, business intelligence, and scalable SaaS platforms.
