From the dial-up era to AI-powered ecosystems — I’ve lived and led through every wave of transformation.
Glenn brings over 30 years of leadership in systems integration, program management, and enterprise-scale digital delivery. His career spans both public and private sectors, having held executive roles at IBM Global Services, Cox Communications, and Prodigy.
He has spearheaded:
- Architected major modernization projects including the U.S. Mint Online Catalog, NFL Shop, and Department of Commerce portals.
- Built early livestreaming and multi-user video conferencing platforms like Xykast.
- Expert in project lifecycle management, PMO leadership, risk mitigation, and turning around complex contracts.
- Skilled in Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery, business process re-engineering, and government compliance.
